From the moment I walked in, everyone who works there was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. They immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my car in their care, which is not easy to do after an accident. They provided weekly updates, were always honest and clear with communication, and took the time to explain everything along the way. It never felt rushed or impersonal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely perfect, like nothing ever happened. The workmanship was flawless. I am so grateful for how well they took care of me and my car, and I would recommend Autokrafters on Rand to anyone without hesitation!!

When we got our estimate, it was very close to our other estimates, but the people at Autokrafters on Rand were so professional and friendly which made it an easy choice on who should do the work. When we picked up the car it was very well done. The paint and everything else was perfect and they even cleaned the rest of the car up real nice. Of all of the body shops I have been to over my lifetime, Autokrafters on Rand has proven to be the best ever and now I have a shop I can refer others to with confidence.
