  Although they have good customer service, this is just a place to get an oil change & move on. I took my car here since October with the assumption I had bad struts. They discovered I had a bad sway bar link (which I knew) great they replaced that and the tie rods. But after numerous inspections they kept telling me my struts were good (on paper)and that there was a pull from my suspension. I lost complete trust in them when they ran over a nail with my new tires and told me to just drive off like that, that I’d hear a noise but that it would be ok. At first they said they couldn’t repair it & then when I called the next day they put a plug the size of a pen too small to even hold the tire up. I had to buy warranty on my own from my tire shop and spent money out of my pocket over a mistake their mechanic couldn’t even own up to. I took my car to Acura and of course the noise I had original taken my car to tufys for turned out to be the struts. To make matters worse, I was told to buy a new axle and lower balls joints for my vehicle which I did not need as per the inspection from Acura, they are in good shape. This place is good for an oil change but that’s all they are trained to do. I will not be coming back to this shop anymore. I’d reconsider taken your vehicle here for any jobs besides an oil change. I gave this place a few more chances once they got new ownership/management but it seems the lack of training in their employees have not changed. I came here because it’s 2 mins from my house. ask for a second opinion from this place. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they just try to sell you things that aren’t broken only to keep you coming back. Lost me as a customer

  Oil change coupon deception. Don't get fooled by coupon click bait. Full synthetic oil change coupon $39.99. Price charge $73.15 with tax, coupon included 5qt.my car take 6 qt. 1 qt price $14. 3x more than any shop. $14 shop fees to recycle oil. 3x charge to recycle oil. What else to say. Customer will not come if price gouging happens. If owner wants my good feed back review he should refund me $20 i feel extra fees was charged.
