  Oil change coupon is a SCAM they end up charging you $80 instead of $30. Don't do it.

  Tuffy in Oswego was friendly and Emma managing customers waiting and calling in were all well cared for. The oil change includes a full vehicle inspection w no pressure if items are found that need attention. I found an honest place with a great team.

  Got my oil changed here yesterday and was not disappointed! I wasn’t able to make an appointment online because it was within 24 hours, and the phones were busy. I stopped in and Emma, at the front desk, was able to set an appointment for later in the day. However, my plans had changed so I stopped back in to see if they were able to get me in sooner. Emma was extremely kind and told me she’d see what she can do. To my surprise, they were able to get me in right away! I waited for my vehicle and Robert was my technician. The oil change was quick (15-20 minutes) and they didn’t push to sell me anything other than what I was there for. On top of that, I was able to use a coupon which made it totally worth it. Quick, affordable, with employees that care! Highly recommended!

  Let’s talk about the overall good human beings that are working here. Gary, thank you for squeezing me in last min and your kind, honest, and gentle demeanor. Robert the technician did a great job servicing my vehicle. While I was there customers walked in and they knew Gary and he their name off hand telling me these are customers that loyally come due to the service here. They treat you like family and you couldnt ask for better from a service center, thank you!

  Tired of going to car dealerships. This is the place to go. These guys will treat you right. You cannot go wrong coming here. This is the second time that we have come to this shop. We came in because we were told (the first time) that we needed brakes from our dealership. Once we signed the paperwork we were sitting in the lobby. Calvin said please come and inspect with me. I was surprised oh, maybe it’s really bad. He showed me my rear pads and explained they are in perfect condition. Strange since the car has 80k and never changed. I drive really good I guess. He said your rear pads are perfect. I cannot in good conscience charge you for brakes that you don’t need. Calvin sold us then. Today we came in with our we explained that we needed this fluid for AWB ( again we were told by the dealership) . Robert explained to us down and showed us that cars have different fluids that need to be replaced. He also asked if we have had any previous fluids done. My wife said yes. After a few mins from Robert, he said to us. I just wanted to double check and it says for your specific car that fluid would have been done previously from that fluid that you are requesting. So, you don’t need a fluid change. We were ecstatic. If there were any honest mechanics left you have come to the right place. On top of all of that. We asked them if they could help us drive to the local grocery store (my wife is disabled) they accepted without any issues. I will keep coming here no matter what for all my car needs. We need more people like this in the world. So many people get scammed. These guys will do you right.
