They initially said it just needed an O2 sensor rewire, but later told me it also needed a new O2 sensor and catalytic converter, quoting $1,900. I approved the repair. And two days after I got a call saying it's ready and went to them paying $1,642.55 I picked up the car, the check engine light came back on immediately. I returned it and requested a refund, but the service advisor, Robert, promised to fix it. After 18 days with no updates, I visited the shop on November 15 and found my car parked outside, untouched. They gave excuses, still haven’t fixed the issue, and refuse to refund my money.

Then someone suggested to have the car be inspected at Tuffy so I took it to Tuffy auto shop. And I am so glad that I did that, because, I was able to drive my car to work today without any issues or noise. Auto mechanic at Tuffy fixed my car with what was broken at a very reasonable price without charging me for anything dummy and they fixed it in just 1.5 day! Such an amazing job by Robert and Albert. Such an honest place to have any car fixed. Everything so transparent. No hidden charges. They also gave me "nice to fix" list for stuff that was cosmetic and not needed to be fixed right away. I really appreciate your help, Tuffy Auto. Emma, thank you for staying little late in the evening as I was running late to pick up car. I highly recommend Tuffy Auto for any car repairs at a reasonable price with peace of knowing people here will not cheat...
