We were in Chicago for a few days in which I paid all tolls using my own IPass. 4 days after I return the car I get a $45 bill for tolls. I find the itemized toll list online and it includes areas I did not even go. I would love to know how the hell I got from Plainfield to Indiana in 5 mins to scan a toll. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to resolve this issue. Absolutely garbage! Update: thanks Chris for replying. I have contacted customer service and they sent an appeal form. So I am stuck paying someone else’s tolls and have to hope an appeal is approved. Seems like a poor system. I was no where near where these tolls were scanned, I’m not understanding how they were linked to my reservation. Seems like a scam to just get charged for tolls with no options. Toll customer service can’t help due to our area, citation number they direct to does not pick up or call back. Customer service can’t do anything. So basically don’t rent a car from enterprise if you live in an area with tolls because they will just add tolls to your account and charge you a $25 fee for paying them.
