  I have been taking my vehicles to Tuffy Orland Park since I moved to Orland 7 years ago. I will never choose another shop! They are extremely thorough, reasonable, and helpful when it comes to getting my vehicles back on the road ASAP. They will keep you informed on the vehicle status and make sure the job gets done right. I have taken my vehicles in for transmission service, water pump, starters , radiators, and oil changes. They can take care of it all!!!

  Great people, I have been dealing with them whenever I had an issue or for my oil changes. Honest and straightforward, 10/10 I recommend them.

  They will over promise for services they cannot perform and then ruin your car trying to cover their own trail of terrible work. If they don't ruin your car, they won't even try to fix an issue before making you wait an obscene amount of time for any communication, and charging you for the work they did not do. If you care even slightly about your car or being treated as a human being: go somewhere else.

  Went in for a vehicle inspection said everything went well a day later I find out I need upper and lower knuckle bushings in the rear guess they did not inspect anything furthermore they told me I had a power steering leak come to find out they left screws loose where the power steering is located there is no leak they charged me 160 For an inspection they did not complete the whole time the mechanic was joyriding in my car I also received a wheel alignment that they say they could mysteriously not print out cap at its finest
