  What started off with me just stopping by the dealership just to physically see what I was going to purchase online turned into me purchasing the perfect Vehicle right then & there! I had been looking online for a new car and I realized I had no real idea what these cars looked like in real life.. So I stopped in my local dealership, and Ameer was the first person to greet me. He not only educated me on the difference in the vehicles that I was trying to decide between, but he also found a perfect match for me Through one of their partners. He did not try to upsell me on a super expensive vehicle. He kept me right where I wanted it to be. I was Approved for my vehicle in under 10 minutes. The process was so fast and I came back the next morning to pick it up. It was shiny and bowed up ready to go! This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new car and I know that I made a great decision. Thank you to Ameer again for his honesty, professionalism, knowledge of the vehicles & his very fast yet Efficient pace. I must say his work ethic is top-tier! I would definitely be coming back to see him in a few years! Also, thank you to George, Who got me approved for the vehicle. He gave me some very encouraging words after approving me. I appreciate it so much, his words also reassured me that I was making a great financial decision. 🖤 Thank You Ameer! Thank You George!   This was my first experience with this dealership. The Mercedes dealership in Bourbonnais that I bought three cars from and did all of my service was bought by Fields and moved to Romeoville. Decided to go to the nearest MB dealership. Everything was great. My service advisor was on point and they got me in and out in the timeframe I requested. I’ll for sure be back and hopefully we can build the relationship I lost at my old store.

  Dyrail Brown made this entire experience feel easy and smooth from start to finish. His service was truly impeccable. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered by finding the perfect vehicle for me. What I appreciated most was how professional and genuinely friendly he was throughout the process. I never felt pressured, just supported and taken care of. He made sure every detail was handled and that I felt confident in my decision. If you are looking for someone who listens, communicates well, and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Dyrail. I would absolutely work with him again.

  Darius was amazing. He tried to support me to the fullest of his ability regarding fixing issues with the vehicle that I just purchased from the dealership less than 20 days of having the vehicle. I had to spend $275 on service work🥴, in addition my tire sensors were malfunctioning. I'm not a happy camper as I took the vehicle back to this exact dealership which is where I purchased the vehicle and informed them of the lights and my concerns. They added air to my tires, told me that I was good to go. I took the vehicle to another service center, which is where i had to pay the $275 for one of the issues but when they informed me of how much the other work would be, I returned to Mercedes Benz in Orland Park again 😩😮‍💨😒gave them a print out from the Service providers (Mechanic Shop in Orland Park). They gave me a loaner and said that they would work on the issue for free. During the whole headache the individual who sold me the SUV (Mrs. Holly) was no were near concerned and the jolly attitude and engagement I received during my purchase process of the vehicle. I received my vehicle back, once again great service center communication and concern from Darius. However, the light came back on the issue was not fixed. When I called back, I was informed that the parts were not approved because they were to expensive, hence they only replaced a factory component, though the other necessary components were not approved. I was informed to contact Sales, for further assistance as the service center would need approval to move forward. Of course Mrs. Holly did not answer the phone. I felt like the situation was going to be a serious headache, however Darius gave me hope, yet a headache it is. And my name is Tuggle, I do not want any mix-ups do to my Email name being different from my actual name. Thus, please do not reply we do not have you ask a customer as I just picked up my vehicle from the service center Wednesday April 15th which you all kept for 2 weeks.

  This location discriminates against old people. It’s absolutely disgusting how their employees treat elderly people. My parents were taken advantage of at this location. I will be reporting this to the corporate office in Georgia, and will be reporting all service professional on staff 4/14/26. As much money as we have spent here its absolutely disheartening to treat loyal customs like dogs. Moe Ghanimah, DO BETTER!!! You have a responsibility as a general manager and you keep falling short. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop or service your car here. Chicago has plenty of other Mercedes Benz locations, take your business there.
