    Peter gave outstanding service to me on my very first service visit at Orland. I had a low tire pressure light come on and I took it straight into Orland for air. The next day, the tire lost the pressure that they added. Peter welcomed me in and took care of my car right away. We even scheduled my baby’s (car) first oil change for the next week. They found a nail in my tire and took care of it for me! Left happy and feeling like Mercedes was the way to go, and also that Orland Park Mercedes is the place for great customer service. Oh and Peter has the coolest colorway Yeti on his desk lol.

    Took my car in to get my headlights realigned and they were able to straighten the lights and make them even again but now they are facing too low to the ground and my car was not safe to drive at night. The high beams were adjusted perfectly but not the main lights. The service costed me $124.50 to get the headlamp adjustment done and was not done right.

    I really like Alex the service writer😍. He was super kind and accommodative. He checked in and keep me updated with the process. The complimentary cafe and amenities are exceptional. The video footage from the mechanics of your car and report of the condition is amazing. I felt like my kid came home with a good report card. Listen, get you a Mercedes and go to Orland to get it serviced. The wait was extremely easy and I didn’t feel anxious or in a hurry to leave at all. Thank you Alex and Mercedes Benz of Orland Park.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park in late September. My car broke down and was towed to this location because it was the closest Mercedes-Benz dealership. I had called ahead to let them know I was bringing my car in and arrived around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. When I arrived, I was told there were no loaner cars available and that none would be available for at least a week. I had no way to get home and asked if a courtesy ride could be provided. The representative asked one of the courtesy drivers, who clearly didn’t want to take me because he was “about to get off.” Ultimately, they refused to provide any transportation—even to the nearest drop-off point—which was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. My car stayed with them for about a week and a half, and there was never any follow-up or urgency in helping me secure a loaner vehicle. For a brand like Mercedes-Benz, I expected a much higher level of customer service and care for their customers’ situations. In addition, my repair bill was around $2,400, which I understood might be expected for a luxury vehicle. However, I was later told that while working on the car, an airbag light had come on which was a problem that did not exist before I brought it in. I was then told it would cost $575 just to check the airbag light, which I found unreasonable and concerning. Overall, this entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer, and I left with additional issues and unnecessary expenses. I would not recommend this service department to anyone, especially given the lack of accountability and poor customer service I experienced.

    Purchasing a vehicle can be exhausting, the search, the test drive, the negotiation and the endless paperwork. Well let me tell anyone reading this, Holly was a treasure. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, on top of the pricing and was a wizard with the paperwork process. I went in or a test drive and an hour later was the owner of the vehicle I wanted. The entire experience was a win-win-win for me (right vehicle, right price and right saleswoman). All of the staff I engaged with were wonderful. However, Holly was on top of her game and made the experience memorable. When in the future, I plan to purchase a vehicle Holly will be my first and only choice! Thanks Holly and Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park....I'm in Love with my Vehicle. 😁 Stephanie L
