  Service was great- Domenico was particularly helpful. I ordered 2 tires the day before & they were delivered & installed by next day. I recommend the “drive flat”- MOE tires. They are busy at this location so the wait times are a bit long. Very nice set-up. Comfortable seating areas. Lots of tables to plug in a laptop.

  Brought my truck in for a service in Orland park Mercedes. Service was done as expected but noticed a strong smell once inside. After driving home I noticed there was oil and grease on my leather steering wheel. After cleaning my truck I noticed wires hanging from under my seat. After looking closely the wires were dangling onto the floor and not placed back inside its cloth holder that was also stuck in the seat track railing. This is pure negligence and laziness at its finest. After paying over a thousand dollars for a simple service and inspection you would think they can treat people hard earned vehicles with a little more care and respect.

  Thank you Ricardo Lara for providing me with an exceptional shopping experience at Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park. My new 2026 E350 Mercedes is beautiful and loaded. You were knowledgeable, fair, transparent, “non-pushy” and heard me throughout the shopping and seamless buying process. You went beyond the normal expectation of a sales consultant to make sure I understood each step of the buying process, the operation of my new car, and even more magnificently, you made sure it arrived at my home safely in the snowy weather. Finance manager Omar, and the finance team, were also excellent and very accommodating. I appreciate the professionalism and support extended by each. I will forever be a return customer.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 from Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park. Luke was outstanding from start to finish — incredibly friendly, upfront, and genuinely fair. What stood out most was his transparency. He clearly explained his costs, worked hard to make the deal happen, and did everything he reasonably could to make sure both sides walked away feeling good. What really set Luke apart, though, was how thorough and generous he was with his time. This was my first diesel, and he took the time to walk me through how diesel vehicles work, what to expect, the maintenance schedule, and how to properly care for the truck long-term. He did all of this after the dealership had already closed, on a weekend, when he easily could have been home — truly outstanding customer service. I also had the pleasure of working with Fay in finance, who made the process smooth, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable. She clearly explained options and helped put together an extended warranty that made sense for me while still being fair to the dealership — a genuine win-win. Every person I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. If management is reading this, Luke and Fay are absolute assets to your team and deserve recognition. This was one of the most straightforward and pleasant vehicle purchases I’ve had. I’ll absolutely be returning for our next van and would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes — especially a Sprinter.

  Great experience at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. Sam helped me purchase one of my dream cars! He was so patient and extremely professional the whole way through. Made sure we knew he would take care of us and made us feel comfortable from the get go. Sam made my first buying experience run smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
