- JJJoeOct 30, 20251.0Back in 2020 I had gotten a chip/crack in my windshield, I went to this location to get it repaired. I was told all my repairs had a lifetime warranty and to call back if there were any problems. Fast forward to 2025, the chip they repaired is cracking again. I called up Gerber and was told that since the windshield repair was contracted out to a third party, the windshield is not covered by the Gerber lifetime warranty. No one told me that the windshield repair would be contracted out to a different company back when I had the work done. Now I have to foot the bill to cover this second repair of the original crack? Be careful working with this company.

They told my insurance what happened during the crash. “They weren’t there. ”They fix the bare minimum then told my insurance the stuff they didn’t fix wasn’t part of the crash. I would not recommend.
