I reached out multiple times, both to the local office and the main office in Illinois, and was assured that a supervisor would reach out to address the issue. Despite these promises and multiple follow-up calls, I never received any response or apology. This experience left me quite disappointed, as it impacted my trust in Enterprise’s customer service and transparency.

Was only on hold for a little bit before Janine got on. Super sweet. She said she was already on the phone but that she’d call me back as soon as she was done. Got back to me very quick and was extremely helpful with the reservation, even though it wasn’t their location. Will def be going through this one if/when I’m in need of a rental again
