I was given two options for a rental while my car was being repaired: Hertz or Enterprise. I chose Enterprise because it was closer. I scheduled a 2:30 p.m. pickup, which I confirmed the day prior, but the representative didn’t arrive until 3:10 p.m.
On the way to the rental office, I let him know my son had an appointment at 3:45 and asked if we could expedite the process. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. We completed the paperwork fairly quickly, and he told me he would bring the vehicle around in 2–3 minutes. Instead, it took about 20 minutes. The constant delays forced me to miss an extremely important appointment for my son.
While I was waiting, another customer returned immediately after leaving the lot because her rearview mirror fell off as she adjusted it. She needed a larger vehicle to deliver food for 100 people, but the employee told her none were available and that he would have to drive to another location to get one. At this point, one employee had left to get her a car, another was tied up trying to finish my rental, and the office was left completely unstaffed as more customers continued to arrive.
Customer service should be proactive, not reactive. Being on time, properly staffed, and ensuring the vehicles are in acceptable condition are basic expectations. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution. As far as I’m concerned, I will not be returning.

thanks so much. this is the 2nd time i rented and will be my go to spot to rent a car. they are fast , professional, and actually stayed after hours on sunday to make sure i got my car before they closed.
