  I was extremely satisfied with my experience using Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The service was professional, efficient, and well-organized from start to finish. The staff was courteous and helpful, the rental process was smooth, and the vehicle was clean and reliable. Overall, Enterprise exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend their services to others and use them again in the future

  Very good experience, for me they were pretty quick having the car ready and quick on the return, good customer service, Nate especially. Big shout out to him for all his help.

  Shout out to the Orland Hills Illinois location. I would highly recommend enterprise in Orland Hills. The employees make you feel important. They answer any and all questions asked. Appointments are kept on time. If you have a problem with your rental they advise you to swap it out immediately. Without hesitation.

  OMG first I would like to say Nate was awesome he had so much patience’s as I went through 5 cars to figure out which was best for my disabled relative to commute in. BUT On the road the car had a piece that dropped, never came off and it was loud….. BOOOOOO to St. Louis who could not get me into another rental BECAUSE they didn’t have any at 2 places… Had to drive back with same car. NATE thank you he was apologetic and greeted me back as soon as I pulled up into Orland Park… Awesome 🤩

  Just bought my college graduate son a 2023 Toyota Camry SE for a great price .. A very smooth deal and a price that beat the competition hands down .. A great crew to work with and a very special thanks to Leah for all her efforts and honesty.
