  I loved working with Leah when getting my car. She broke everything down step by step and made sure I understood the whole process. She really cares about her customers and takes her time instead of rushing you. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision.   Shout out to the amazing team at the Orland Hills location, Quinton, Leah, and the big Ginger Guy no offense, he was my favorite but I forgot his name. They made my buying experience so seemly, and pleasurable. Proud owner of 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited.

  I purchased a car from Enterprise, after I test drove it at low speed. On the way home the wrench light, at 40 mph, and traction light came on. I called to report what happened. I was told to bring the car back. On the drive back to the dealership, the car went into limp mode and wouldn't go faster than 35mph. The Enterprise management was apologetic and when I told them I wanted to select a different car they found the auto at a different location and had it transported to their shop the following day. Although the state title paperwork, registration, and license plates had beed issued to the defective car, without any prodding on my part, they fixed all the paperwork, let me have an extended test drive and got me on my way with the replacement cars. I want to thank Mahesh, Brandon and Teadric for their exemplary service and concern. It appears their motto is to be fair to the customer, which seems to be in short supply these days. Thank you and, although I seldom say I will recommend a business, I will make an exception and heartily vouch for their willingness to make things right. George Bush

  I will probably be buying my cars from enterprise from now on. I was helped by Quentin and Leah. They both were awesome. I loved that I didn’t feel like food when I walked in there, like I felt at the car dealership the day before. I was greeted by the manager and everyone just seemed to be very friendly and welcoming. In addition, I wasn’t in there ALL DAY LONG!! Loved it. Very low pressure and straight to the point. I’ll be back!
