  Terrible service at this location. Was advised to come to this location with my rental after experiencing a flat tire that I switched out for the donut spare. I was made to wait outside and was sent away from this location without any help on the same spare to my original enterprise. Younger male worker just said “yeah, we would have to pay for your car on our own dime and you didn’t even get it here.” Did not realize they were mainly concerned with their own financials that didn’t have anything to do with my situation. After calling the original enterprise, I was finally helped with roadside assistance and told the danger of driving on the spare donut. They were surprised I was sent off from this location with the car in the condition it was in. Roadside assistance sent me to this location once again and I was left waiting to speak with the manager who never came. I had another enterprise location help me further while in this waiting area over the phone. The worker I spoke with simply called me “sweetheart” and sent me off without anything which I really didn’t appreciate. It felt really demeaning honestly

  Terrible and will make sure you ring up as many additional charges as necessary. Avoid if possible. Do not let them offer you anything "because your car is being cleaned but this one is ready now". After doing this no mention was made of the extra charges as enterprise extended the agreement multiple weeks without any notice provided to me. I heard from my insurance a week after it happened and money had been taken from my account which enterprise said was a hold that would be refunded. Then they tell you no need to worry about ipass and a MONTH AFTER this terrible experience I get another $25 charge in the mail for the single $1 toll I went through? The people working here are trying to sell as much as they can and dont care if that means scamming people into every bullshit fee they can.

  why is this establishment even in business? unprofessional!!!! cars smoked out with cigarettes or weed smell & workers again unprofessional lazy and disrespectful

  I reserved a car online and was able to pick it up without any hassle. Anthony took care of me, and he went above and beyond making sure I got a rental that met my needs. When dropping off the car, he remembered who I was and followed up by asking about my weekend and extending sincere comments and wishes to my replies. The customer care experience these days across many industries is so impersonal, I am glad to see that’s not the case at this Enterprise location. Additionally, the lot had plenty of cars available, and while I was there, I observed everyone in the office always on task taking care of customers.

  I had a terrible experience at this location. After the staff realized I spoke limited English, the service became dismissive and cold. Unlike other customers, I was never offered the E-Pass or given any explanation of the toll process. Since returning the car, I have been charged every two days for citations and tolls—totaling over $400. Even the toll company has no record of these charges. When I called to resolve this, the staff was unhelpful and claimed I owed an even higher balance that they couldn't explain. This feels like predatory behavior targeting non-English speakers.
