  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with LAZ Parking was beyond frustrating — specifically because of Norris Tate Jr. For over a month, I contacted LAZ multiple times trying to get my parking rate changed after becoming a resident at the building. I called, emailed, and even tried addressing it in person. Despite all of that effort, nothing was resolved. When I finally dealt with Norris Tate Jr., the customer service was absolutely horrible. He didn’t seem to know basic information about the company, policies, or how to answer straightforward questions about my account. When I asked direct questions, he openly admitted he didn’t know the answers and told me to go ask someone else. Instead of taking ownership and finding the correct information, he simply passed the problem along to someone else in the company. No other email or contact information provided. What really crossed the line was being asked to sign paperwork with no information filled in — essentially being told to “just sign it” while it blank. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No legitimate company should ever ask a customer to sign incomplete documents. After over a month of trying to get a simple rate adjustment handled, this was the level of service I received. Customers deserve transparency, competence, accountability, and basic professionalism — none of which I experienced here. Would not recommend. Edgar at the Emerson was a big help
