The manager treated me (and everyone I saw) with respect and intelligence, did not try to oversell me on anything, and was completely honest about everything. "I'm going to work on your car like it's my car," and they really did. Answered all my questions, showed me what was needed and not needed, very competent team. Great service, great deal.

I had my car serviced at the jiffy lube located at the corner or Harlem and Jackson in oak park Illinois. The team of young professional men at this location is nothing short of amazing. So professional and courteous I was blown away. Mr Oscar was the lead and a young man named Dre was also super professional. When I tell you it left a lasting impression on me ,it made me so proud to see these black and brown young men doing their job with such excellence. These young men deserve recognition and respect.
