- MSMrs SunnyNov 14, 20251.0I went to this location to get a simple oil change. They informed me that I needed a few other things pertaining to the oil change process. So I went ahead and allowed them to do that. After the process was complete I left and ever since then I’ve had engine problems. It wouldn’t start again and I needed to be towed home. This was July 15 and I still haven’t had any relief or help from this location. I wouldn’t recommend you guys going here for any service because they are not good people to deal with. I’m not going to give up though even if I have W G N NEWS do an investigation of this situation. It’s sad because I don’t have thousands of dollars to throw away because of a bogus oil change. They’re not even an accredited BBB company so it’s impossible to file a complaint. Hope this helps someone before they go here.

The manager falsely claimed that the tire size was incorrect and wasted over 2 hours pretending it wouldn’t fit, just to pressure me into buying a more expensive tire from their store. Thankfully, I went to another shop with the exact same tire, and it fit perfectly within minutes. They just wanted to force a sale. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed.
