I originally went in for an oil change and it was discovered that I had multiple oil leaks. The manager Erica, rang me up for a $200+ oil change and told me that it is recommended to change my valve cover gasket to stop the leaking. So on last Thursday I returned and Erica told me to come in the next day when a “Machanic” would be available”. So I returned on last Friday for them to fix the valve cover gasket where they said the leaking was occurring. After the job was said to be completed and replaced an invoice was printed and given to me that had a brake technician listed as the mechanic and it had no part or part number information on it to prove a part was ordered. Nor was a post inspection report listed on the invoice either.They just pulled my car out and handed me my keys. I went to meineke where I received shocks and strut work done and they provided a full inspection report that showed video of an active oil leak still existing. I returned to jiffy same location of service where there Erica was available. I told Erica the concern and she pulled my car in then avoided me. Erica proceeded to tell me and my father that there is transmission fluid and oil leaking from the oil pan and how they don’t fix that issue there. She told me to go up the street to Amcco and had my car pulled out of the bay in a very dismissive manner. As a customer, my concerns have never been neglected or dismissed. I even told Erica how I felt unsafe driving home and she ignored me and kept walking off. I paid 250$ for work that wasn’t even where the leak was occurring and she refused to fix where the leak was coming from by saying jiffy does not fix those type of issues and by having my car pulled out without offering a resolution recommendation or service.
