    I rent cars often for work and have had no issues while renting from the Oak Park Enterprise. The team is polite, professional, and they work hard to take care of their customers as quickly as they can. Most of my rentals have been clean and in good condition and I will continue renting from this location.

    Staff is friendly. Otherwise the experience left much to be desired. The car stank like it was rented by a cigarette smoker and then enterprise sprayed perfume like cleaner all over the seats to “treat” the smell. No after hours drop off. Toll pass did not work. Steering wheel had a slimy substance on it. Car came with only half a tank of gas. Parking lot etiquette was terrible, took 5 minutes of waiting for staff to clear rental cars from the exit. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

    I’ve had many good experiences with Entetprise, but unfortunately a bad experience on a holiday weekend stands out against the rest. Don’t promise vehicles you don’t have.
