When dropping off the car, he remembered who I was and followed up by asking about my weekend and extending sincere comments and wishes to my replies. The customer care experience these days across many industries is so impersonal, I am glad to see that’s not the case at this Enterprise location. Additionally, the lot had plenty of cars available, and while I was there, I observed everyone in the office always on task taking care of customers.

When I called to resolve this, the staff was unhelpful and claimed I owed an even higher balance that they couldn't explain. This feels like predatory behavior targeting non-English speakers.

The team is polite, professional, and they work hard to take care of their customers as quickly as they can. Most of my rentals have been clean and in good condition and I will continue renting from this location.
