  Took my Prius here years back for a check-up and tune-up. Quick, thorough, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Recently took my Equinox in for multiple issues. Steve called with updates, explained everything they did, listed what they think is necessary with prices and timelines, explained options when available as well as the reason behind the pricing, and waited for my permission before making any changes to my vehicle. No hidden costs, no nickel-and-diming. Dealing with a transient issue with the heat system in the car, they even had me come back in for diagnostic and didn't charge me for anything they did while trying to figure it out, since they couldn't come to a full resolution. They ate the labour cost and cost for a spare part and some fluids in the process, and even referred me to another mechanic who specialises in the kind of work my car ended up needing. I will happily recommend them to anyone in the area and as long as I live here they'll be my first choice.

  Called in wanting to have my AC checked because another shop failed to correct the problem. When I explained the problem and that another shop had failed to correct the issue the person on the phone said he didn’t want to get involved with something another shop had worked on and hung up on me.
