  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in for an oil change on a Saturday, didn't drive my car on Sunday, and had severe issues by Monday. Driving on the expressway and my car wouldn't accelerate above 60, and then 40. Smoke was coming from my exhaust, check engine light came on, and it smelled like something was burning. I had to get a tow home. I took my car to my mechanic and he let me know I had double the required amount of oil in my car. The oil leaked throughout my engine and burned my spark plugs that were not even a year old. Luckily, my mechanic was able to clean up the mess and replace my plugs. Total service almost $300 I went back to Valvoline and spoke with the manager Thomas. He apologized and offered two oil changes as compensation. I asked to be refunded for the service given the huge inconvenience. He declined and offered two oil changes.... For nearly $300 in repairs + the poor oil change I paid for??? Per Thomas, there was nothing he could do about the damage because I didn't bring my car back to Valvoline. How could I have know the oil was overfilled without being diagnosed by a mechanic? Also, the car was in no condition to drive so tow it to a repair shop, pay for a diagnosis, then tow it to Valvoline??? Beyond ridiculous. After calling their claims line and speaking with Thomas two additional times, he finally decided to issue a refund- but only for the oil change. Nothing for the additional repairs. :( Take your car elsewhere. I wouldn't even bring a hot wheels car here.

  Chris was the associate that took care of me today. These guys were thorough, fast, friendly, and got me out in a timely matter. Good place if you're looking to get an oil change.

  I went to this valvoline in tandom with my wife in her car. And I am deeply disappointed in who you guys higher as management. Thomas was one of the worst individuals ive ran into at an oil change place the attitude and the reaking like alcohol and thats not all. The man was flirting with my wife. I don't know what you would deem unprofessional. But please reevaluate who u have in charge they set a terrible example for the rest of the wonderful people I had helping me in that shop

  If I could give a negative star I would. I was in with my boyfriend for a simple oil change and the Manager took care of us. I thought we would get excellent care because it was the manager but this man named Thomas was rude and throwing tools around. I get he might of been having a bad day but then I noticed him making sexual remarks to an employee and then making a motion as if he was masturbating on him. I feel that was very inappropriate behavior for a Manager. What kind of people does Valvoline employ. I will be using Strickland Brothers instead from now on since they are right down the street and way more professional.

  This is my go to oil change spot and has been for a while. Thomas, Wayne, Stephanie, and Nick were the ones to help me the most recent visit, and they are phenomenal. I appreciate how they deliver the information that allows me to make an informed decision without pressure or pushy sales tactics. If I could rate higher I would.
