    Went in with prefinancing to purchase a vehicle that I already had picked out. Although I had prefinancing they decided to suggest to run my credit again, I stated that prefinancing looked to be accurate and George says oh we could definitely do better. Ran my credit and low a behold the terms were just about the exact same except for the monthly payments which were about 70 bucks more in addition to 12 months longer. I questioned it because the only thing not on my pre-approval was their doc fee, $377 and about 100 bucks more in taxes. So then there was a breakdown sheet brought out showing that I was approved for less than they were selling the car for, it was only $120. Now what was weird was that when the breakdown was brought back out again magically I just so happened to now be approved for exactly what they were selling the car for instead of the price decreasing for that 120. At that moment I simply asked the finance manager if it was possible to negotiate that difference he flat out told me NO because "the car is already cheap" and "if such a small amount would make you not take a deal, then...🤷‍♂️". We took our little $3000 down payment and went on our merry way. Wasted about 2.5 hrs and and an unnecessary credit check. Although they have nice cars, the experience was dissappointing and seems like they DID NOT want to negotiate AT ALL. $120 should not have ruined the whole sale but I'm not a car salesman so I could be wrong.

    Every one here is the best but Laird is a TRUE GEM. I have been buying cars from him for over 10years, and hen I need or want a new car he is the only person I trust.     The service at Kelly Nissan was extraordinary. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and very efficient from the moment I arrived. Daniel serviced me personally and was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He genuinely cares about his customers’ satisfaction and assured me that he was there to answer any and all questions I may have concerning my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle at Countryside (also wonderful) but the convenience of the Oaklawn location is what brought me there for my repair. Thank you Daniel and everyone at Kelly Nissan that made my experience pleasant and seamless!

    I took my car into Kelly Nissan on 2/24 for a problem with the warning indicator lights, they were on and the engine light. It was supposed to be fixed. However, the same problem happened on 3/26/26. I didn't get my car back until 3/31. They claim they couldn't find nothing wrong with it. I am very disappointed in Nissan and I will not be buying another Nissan

    The service department is great. Raul and his staff do a wonderful job and make what at times can be a stressful situation easy to get through. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and are very professional. You can feel very comfortable bringing your Nissan to Kelly and trust that Raul and his staff will take care of you and your needs.
