    I just had a very pleasant rental experience at the Oak Lawn location on Southwest Highway. The employees were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. The whole process went smoothly. I definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

    I loved working with the staff at the Southwest Highway/Oak Lawn location. They were all cheerful, friendly, and kind. I worked with Deja who was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was helpful with my check in and checking out. Extending my rental one day via text messaging was easy and appreciated. Thank you!!

    When calling in. They just pick up and put the customer back on hold without saying anything. Then after waiting for over 15 minutes. They pick one last time to hang up on the customer. This is frustrating and very rude. O was calling to make sure they had cars. The prior day, I went and they did not have cars.
