  They made the rental process so easy and were able to answer my questions I had with the contract and the car. I was glad I was able to drop the vehicle off during after business hours. I would go through with them in the future

  I want to recognize Jacob, who did an outstanding job. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, made the pickup process easy, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the car. Overall, excellent service and a great experience. Thanks again to Jacob I will definitely rent from this location again.

  Rented one of their vehicles, nice vehicle, some what clean, went on the toll way and realized I didn’t have my iPass, called the Oaklawn office immediately and they informed me not to worry about it that it would be taken care of when I dropped the car off and be included in the final cost of the car, the toll was $1.50, a month or so later I get a letter stating I owed the toll plus a $25 citation, at the Oaklawn Enterprise they told me not to worry about, shady business do not use this Enterprise rental, either misinformed associates work there or that’s how they make extra money! They will not waiver the $25 citation which I refuse to pay! Their employees dropped the ball on this one, take it out of his pay! Unbelievable!

  My experience is always a 10/10 JACOB IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! His communication is outstanding and he’s very accommodating he go above and beyond to make my experience the best wherever Jacob and Jasmine go moving forward in their career at enterprise they will always have me as their customer! Jacob and Jasmine if you see this thank you thank you thank you and Jasmine that’s my girl too oh honey she is amazing!! She has so much patience and she is there to satisfy the customers for sure! I can honestly say they’re all great at the oak lawn location and I travel any where from 40 min to an hour to get to them but I don’t mind it because they are the best and I don’t want to deal with any other locations even though I have one up the street for me but for the customer service I receive I don’t mind going the extra miles. Great teamwork overall
