  Really excellent service at my home. Online application, no need to use your insurance, rep will phone yo confirm appointment and may also ask for your VIN# to ensure bringing the right parts (i told mine to ensure it's not accessible to insurance/recorded).Done within an hour. I got the premium level service for my windsheild: home service for free, lifetime parts and labor for free including small repairs.

  Service is exceptional, whether in-shop or onsite. Technicians are friendly and professional. Brandon made an heroic effort to retrieve our IPass and return it to us the same day!

  Please be aware of poor business ethics! This facility made two appointments with an elderly person and cancelled both appointments(2 separate days) back to back for “different” reasons. They gave two reasons, in which BOTH should have been DISCLOSED at the time the appointment was made. After waiting 48 hours for Safelite to render service, the customer was asked to drive to the bridgeview location(13 miles away) for service. That option was declined due to health reasons. We have followed up with corporate as well as others to help with how this was handled. I would hate for anyone else to experience this type of service,(or lack there of). And, as consumers we must spend our money where appreciated. LASTLY, I gave that location several chances to explain the way the situation was handled only to get an AUTOMATED service REPEATEDLY, not able to speak with a live person in the office(assuming because of the poor service practices). I finally reached out to corporate and was able to offer feedback. Needless to say after such a TERRIBLE experience and the WILLINGNESS to pay 497$ for convenience, FRANKS AUTO GLASS completed the task within an hour for 175$. LETS DO BETTER!!! REDLINING IS NEVER ACCEPTED, especially when the service was for a RETIRED CHICAGO POLICE SARGENT and GRANDPARENTS OF AN ATTORNEY. Although careers should not make a difference in the service received, it shows that the consumers are upstanding citizens that just wanted to have their windshield repaired and Safelite failed to do so!
