    The service is good the price of service is better . There place has space it’s clean and like I said Jermey and Billy helped me right away and I am happy to be informed I can always to get a warranty life time within 7 days !!!! Yessss ! I found them online everybody else charge wayyyy too much!!

    Jeremy was very professional and took care of our repair. We had our rear suspension serviced at the oaklawn location . Our technician Eric did good work for us. Would definitely recommend this location.

    I’ve had some mixed service experiences before, but this recent visit left me very disappointed. I scheduled a 2:00 PM appointment for a flat repair, tire rotation, and balance. I arrived early at 1:50 PM, and my car was taken in a little after 2:00. When I spoke with the service advisor, I specifically asked if my account showed that the services were covered under warranty. He confirmed that it did and told me to take a seat in the waiting area. However, I was never given any paperwork or asked to confirm the work being done. After about 45 minutes, my car still hadn’t been worked on. I noticed the technician eventually started but stopped multiple times—possibly waiting on approval—and even stepped outside for a smoke break during the job. Almost two hours later, I saw the technician rolling my tires back to the car, and one of the wheels was dropped face-first onto the alignment rack, leaving visible scuffs. When I went to get my keys, another advisor told me the total was about $110. I asked why I was being charged when I was told the service was under warranty. He admitted the mistake and removed part of the charge but still billed me $80 for balancing. When I questioned it again, I was told balancing wasn’t covered—something that was never mentioned upfront. Had I known, I would’ve declined that service. I was offered a small “discount,” but I don’t believe I should have been charged at all given the miscommunication and wheel damage. I asked for the manager to review the camera footage since the damage clearly happened in the shop, but I was told the manager would call me the next day. That call never came. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up was very disappointing. I’d appreciate if management could reach out to resolve this properly, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I expected.

    Jeremy, Benny and Scott were all amazing this morning! I booked my tire installation at 6am for 8am and they were all there at 7:45 making sure it was the correct size for my car and helped me right away. I live near the Oak Lawn location and it is the only one I go to because the staff here are all so kind and knowledgeable :) Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to helping others drive safe!
