    This Nissan dealer will not give you an honest internet quote. I phoned to get the out the door price and said I come to the showroom that afternoon with a cashier's check to purchase the vehicle ; I was emailed an out the door price; no conditions were placed on the price so I went to the bank and got a check. After being in the sales department for an hour I was informed that I didn't qualify for the reduced out the door price but if I would agree to $5000 extra we could have a deal. When I asked what they happened to the out the door price they said I should have known it was conditional on being a recent college grad, a recent United States armed service person, be related to a Nissan employee who could give me a special code and another special condition. So actually they just want to get you into the showroom and convince me that a much higher price is justified. I have purchased 4 vehicles with an eprice, 2 from Honda, one from Hyundai and 1 from Chevy with honest on line quotes. This dealership has lost my business forever and also my 8 adult children. Tomorrow I must go back to my bank to return a $17,000 cashier's check made out to Kelly. I thought these deceptive methods were over, but they aren't.

    I originally came into Kelly Nissan just for a routine oil change—nothing more. While I was there, I met Jared Drew, Product Specialist, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. Jared was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with—no pressure at all. What started as a simple service visit turned into an incredible opportunity. By the end of the day, I left having upgraded from a 2022 Nissan Rogue to a 2026 Nissan Rogue, all while keeping the same monthly payment. I honestly didn’t think that was possible. Jared made the entire process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. If you’re visiting Kelly Nissan for service or sales, ask for Jared Drew—you won’t regret it.

    This location has the worst customer service. My family has three vehicles from this dealership, and every single time we come in for warranty-related service, the woman at the repair reception desk is rude and unwelcoming. She consistently has an attitude and makes the experience uncomfortable. Last year, I got a nail in my tire. The employee assisting me said I had to pay for a new tire, even though this issue was covered under my warranty. I had to argue and demand that they review the benefits I am actively paying for. It took three hours before they finally agreed to replace the tire. To make matters worse, they then told me I would need to leave my car overnight. I refused — I was not going to pay for an Uber home. I stayed there from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., a full workday, just to get something done that should have been simple and covered. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I now take my vehicles to Nissan at 1600 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160, where the difference is night and day. They treat me like a princess — free coffee, a kids’ area, clean bathrooms, and respectful service. That’s how customers should be treated.

    This Dealership is by far the best Nissan dealer in all of Illinois. The Kelly Family treats you the right way! They are so transparent, efficient, easy to deal with, and overall the best people. My experience was the best by far at Kelly Nissan. Not only did Sales help me get a great deal on a new car, but service was great with scheduling my first appointment. I cannot wait to continue to service and buy cars from Kelly Nissan. I cannot say enough about the great staff at Kelly nissan.

    Came here and bought 2 Nissans. 2025 Sentra SR for me and 2025 Versa SR for my son. Daniel and Jerome were very nice and took care of us. Only complaint is the price listed Online (Cars.com and their Website) was not the price in the dealership. Apparently the price they list online is with a whole bunch of discounts added... Overall a good experience.
