    Just came up here 11/19/25 and I will say as a mechanic this place really the best, got a Nissan kicks 2026. Warranty so good that I don’t have worry about repairs even tho I work on cars. 👍🏾

    The first week in August I took my vehicle to Kelly Nissan in Oaklawn for inspection. Tech informed advisor Daniel that everything was okay with my vehicle except for one thing (exhaust system). Tech repaired loose heat shield with new clamps. Two weeks later I took my vehicle to Kelly Nissan in Oaklawn because I had concerns about the poor acceleration and sound like the exhaust system again. Tech informed advisor Daniel that everything checked out okay. The middle of October vehicle would not start. I had it towed to Kelly Nissan in Oaklawn after diagnosing I was told battery bad and corroded positive battery terminal. WHAT! I don't understand why they did not see this when the vehicle was inspected. Did they do an inspections? Repairs done. When I picked up my vehicle I received a invoice stating work performed on my vehicle. Fuel injection system purge with valvoline products. Tech completed replacing the front brake pads along with rotors and test drove vehicle after completion to verify proper operation. I called Nissan repair and spoke with Eva asking her for an explanation why these things were done to my vehicle she stated I had to speak with the manager when he returns from vacation. Spoke with the manager on October 24th. He stated those are recommended repairs need on my vehicle. Took vehicle in on October 27th free inspection. I was told my vehicle needs brake fluid flush, coolant service, fuel injector flush and replace the front brakes. Not from them. I think they never did inspections. Be careful!

    My battery was dead but was under warranty. I called Kelly Nissan on a Saturday morning and they got me right in. Called a dealership closer to my house and they told me they had no openings and they couldn’t get to it. Great service!

    So I just wanted to share and get something’s understood so last week I went with the intention of purchasing a new truck keep in mind I’ve been a customer for years and have purchased multiple cars has the years go by I understand this is commission based has well by why try to screw over a customer that has been loyal for years by adding an additional 5k plus taxes to each truck shown to me when online there showing 5k less on top asking for a huge down payment some one please explain cause it don’t make sense best bet that after this I’ll be shopping at another dealer I don’t appreciate the fact that they tried to take advantage of a Loyal customer
