To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the warranty purchased by my fiancée, Iyonna Primous, through Nissan. The experience we have encountered reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer care that falls well below the standards expected of a company of Nissan’s reputation.
At the time of purchase, my fiancée was explicitly informed that she was obtaining the highest level of warranty coverage available, including powertrain coverage. This representation played a direct role in her decision to move forward with the warranty purchase. However, when transmission repairs became necessary, we were informed—contrary to what was promised—that powertrain coverage was not included in her plan.
This contradiction is deeply concerning. Providing inaccurate or misleading information at the point of sale, particularly regarding critical components such as the transmission, is unacceptable and constitutes poor business practice. Customers rely on the accuracy and honesty of your representatives when making significant financial decisions, and in this case, that trust has been compromised.
We are requesting that this matter be promptly reviewed and corrected. Specifically, we expect Nissan to honor the coverage that was represented at the time of purchase or provide an appropriate and fair resolution to rectify this misrepresentation.
Please understand that this matter is being taken very seriously. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally with Nissan and look forward to your prompt response and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Christopher Pooler
On behalf of Iyonna Primous

I’m posting this to warn other buyers about my experience with Kelly Nissan Inc.
We were quoted $23,500 out the door for a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR before making the trip. Once my fiancée arrived at the dealership in person, the price suddenly changed to $27,000 out the door with no clear or reasonable explanation for the increase.
Nothing about the vehicle or deal terms had changed—only the number once we were physically there. This is the second dealership we’ve dealt with where the quoted price mysteriously increases upon arrival, and it’s extremely concerning how often this seems to happen when a woman shows up expecting the deal she was promised.
This felt like classic bait-and-switch pricing. If the real price is $27,000, that should be disclosed upfront—not after someone drives in expecting a confirmed out-the-door number.
Buyers: get everything in writing, confirm the out-the-door price before showing up, and be prepared to walk away if the numbers suddenly change.

I took my car in for an air leak on my front passenger tire. The service person informed me that they needed to keep it over nite. They offered me a ride home. This is good service. Thanks Kelly!

If I can take away stars I would. They sent a price via email. I placed a deposit, came in and they sold the car and had others, exactly the same that were $10,000 more. Took me to a used one, same year, gave me a price and then the manager came and said it was $9000 more. I understand its car sales but this was the most dishonest company around.
