I waited 15 minutes just to hand someone the keys to the vehicle I was trying to return. Then they said they would email me a receipt and refund the $300 they promise to refund you, plus I returned the car a whole day early so I am supposed to be reimbursed for that amount too but they still didn’t close out my account so my refund wasn’t even issued yet even though I already returned the car to them. They close at 1 every day but don’t bother to make sure everything is done before they leave to go home. They also never answer their phone, they just let it ring and ring and then hung up on me without even answering because it was close to 1:00! I will never rent a car here again.
