I stopped and picked up a bulb and tried to change it with the help of the owners manual. I could not do it. I was very nervous to drive from Oak Lawn to Orland at night. I stopped into Car X and asked if they could possibly help me. The gentleman at the counter said “no worries mam” and pulled my car in and changed my bulb. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for his kindness and the reassuring words of the other young man working there. It was the end of their night and they went above and beyond, something I feel lacks in today’s world. Brought me to tears. Thank you so much for your kindness and the feeling of safety you gave me driving home.

- CDcetta dinwiddieMar 20, 20171.0I had my oil changed at this Car-x and two months later my vehicle was running rough. I took my vehicle to a mechanic thinking it needed a tune-up. I was told that there was not enough oil in the motor to register on the dip stick. My vehicle has never leaked, or burned oil. Whom ever did the oil change neglected or intentionally did not put the proper amount of oil in my vehicle. I will never visit this Car-X again. Unknown if there is any permanent damage to the motor.
