I chose this CarX location and I'm glad I did. Clinton and his team is very knowledgeable and he immediately set clear expectations. Clinton would rather under promise and over deliver, than over promise and under deliver. I really appreciated his style of customers service and his ability to set clear expectations.

Took my vehicle there on a Saturday and assured me it would be ready, went to go pick it up just so that they can tell me it was 30 minutes more went back home and called back and told them I would just pick it up on Sunday, called on Sunday morning for them to tell me they were still working on it. I ended up picking my car up till almost closing time. Worst service ever!!!!! Will never return to this place 😠

He took the time to thoroughly explain to me everything that needed to repaired and how to go about resolving it. I always come here if I ever need any repairs or new tires. They just fixed my car and I feel so relieved now knowing it’s safe to drive around again. I’m so glad I went and they replaced my battery in a pinch. Thank you Clinton!
- JAJC AburtoMar 23, 20261.0I had an appointment at 9:30 am came early and was told it might take up to 2 hours, it was until 12:07pm that the job was finished, almost 3hours and did not gave an explanation as to why it took so long to change the tires. Also, I asked initially to save 2 of the tires and at the end they weren't in the vehicle, Clinton does not seem to like his job, he is not the friendliest fellow
