- NHnedra hillDec 22, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE ( LOCKED MY ENGINE & DAMAGED MY TRANSMISSION) I went in for a oil change October 11th a week later went back they put ANTIFREEZE in my vehicle the next day my car would not move ! the 23rd of October I got it towed to a autoshop they told me my engine was locked , replaced the old engine with a new one and ruled out it locked up because antifreeze overflow my vehicle never needed the antifreeze that jiffy lube topped off witch cause the over flow . I went into labor October 31st so this whole time I’m on maternity leave and just now able to contact the owner, they replaced the engine and my car started but would not move because parts of the transmission is also DAMAGED FROM THE ANTIFREEZE, jiffy lube claims since the new engine is in the car they cannot pay for the damages they caused because it already been replaced. RED FLAG OWNER JOSEPS SAYS CAMERA FOOTAGE ONLY GOES BACK 60 days mind you it has not been 60 days . DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSED! Now we go to small claims court very unprofessional if you want a up and running car don’t take your car here LEARN FROM ME .

- VCVegus CapelliNov 24, 20255.0Hey guys thank you for checking out my review for today today I visited jiffy lube located in oak Forest it was about that time to get new tires for the winter for months like most people I kept putting it off I kept happy to fill up my right front passenger side tire with are almost every other day the owner told me if you don't want this to keep happening you're going to need some brand new tires for the front I eventually took his advice I made the time to come in and get my business taken care of I was extremely satisfied what's the world class customer service from not just the manager but the entire staff the work that was done was very professional I would recommend anyone best looking for a top tier fully serviced Auto repair shop to look no further I would definitely be back thank you for the business and making sure I'm safe out there on the road God bless

SALVADOR approach me with a $20 jiffy lube discount card. He gave me and another customer one. I asked if i could use it today. After the completion of my oil change i read my receipt and noticed i was charged an additional UPCHARGE fee of $20. I called the same day (11/21/2025 at 12:15pm) where i was told the UPCHARGE fee was for the use of European oil. I told him i have a 2007 grand Cherokee why would U use European oil on an American made car. He claim because it’s a high performance car. I Went home to check all my other receipts because i have a 2014 BMW 535i that i previously brought up there for an oil change. THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL UPCHARGE fee on my European car. So the guy SALVADOR ripped me off. BE WARE of him. I will never come back to this jiffy lube for service.
