- CWcyntrall williams1 day ago1.0READ U RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING! I took my 2007 grand Cherokee on 11/21/2025 at 9:03am to get an oil change. SALVADOR approach me with a $20 jiffy lube discount card. He gave me and another customer one. I asked if i could use it today. After the completion of my oil change i read my receipt and noticed i was charged an additional UPCHARGE fee of $20. I called the same day (11/21/2025 at 12:15pm) where i was told the UPCHARGE fee was for the use of European oil. I told him i have a 2007 grand Cherokee why would U use European oil on an American made car. He claim because it’s a high performance car. I Went home to check all my other receipts because i have a 2014 BMW 535i that i previously brought up there for an oil change. THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL UPCHARGE fee on my European car. So the guy SALVADOR ripped me off. BE WARE of him. I will never come back to this jiffy lube for service.

However, the coupons from the jiffy lube website for discounts on services, and those that have a percentage off just don't work. The gentleman Sal who worked on my vehicle tried all the service coupons for that location on the website and those behind the counter to no avail. He was kind enough to give me 20 dollar coupon that did work, it wasn't from the website. So please Jiffy Lube fix your coupons.

I came in for a simple oil change, and immediately after the service my car began having multiple electrical issues that were not present beforehand. My clock stopped working, the trunk sensor light came on, my dome lights stopped working, and my car was no longer functioning the same. I returned the very next day to ask if they could re-check the issue, but the employee told me there was “nothing they could do” and that it was an electrical problem with my car. This was extremely frustrating because my car was not showing any of these problems prior to my visit. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to investigate, they dismissed my concerns. This lack of accountability and poor customer service left me very disappointed. Customers should feel confident that their car will leave in the same or better condition after a service not worse.
