  Pulled into your Oak Forest location on 159th and all four stalls were full but only 1 car was being worked on. I waited behind the 1st stall because the door was half up but an associate walked under, from outside, and closed it. I was never greeted nor instructed. I subsequently backed into a parking spot to wait for a stall to open. Once the stall opened where the car was actively being worked on, after waiting 15 minutes, I pulled up and a rep came out and asked what service I needed. I responded an oil change and he said we don’t have time, we’re closing in less than 10 minutes and we have to clean the stalls. I asked why didn’t you come to my car and inform me while I was waiting and he said we didn’t know if you needed anything, people park in our lot all the time. I was the only car there and I waited behind a stall before parking which should’ve indicated that I needed service. This was a poor experience and I will not return to patronize this business. Customer service training is highly encouraged for this team of 6-7 who only had 1 customer and failed to acknowledge their 2nd client. They are costing you money. A manager should be on site until closing to ensure this doesn’t happen to other patrons

  ATTENTION CONSUMERS … Two weeks ago ; I received a response from upper management @ Jiffy Lube/ Oak Forest location The response stated the following message from management after my post: “This is certainly not the level of service or follow-up we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously and would like the opportunity to review your situation directly to make things right.” The lies they tell !! This statement from management was untruthful and misleading to consumers They want to display to consumers to think ; they will Make the problem right!!! (They won’t) I submitted the correct email and 3- estimates from 3- different repair facilities and All 3 facilities stated incorrect part was installed!’ I recently scanned /emailed estimates to Jiffy lube manager Mr.Reetz and as usual….. He avoids /ignore my request for hundreds of dollars spent @ this facility he oversees and offer a. refund of $50.00 !! UNACCEPTABLE on ALL LEVELS. You’ll be sorry if you EVER get any repairs done @ this facility..Jiffy Lube/Oak Forest location. . I Car Owner(s) BEWARE!! (This location -Oak Forest) deserves a 0 ! DO NOT..I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle to this particular location for ANY TYPE OF Services from this location!! This location DOES NOT STAND by the repair that has been performed on your car. The District Manager:Mr. Reetz continues to ignore messages regarding my refund for money spent for a mechanic who incorrectly installed the wrong size pulley on my vehicle !! I have contacted him and customer service from 10/23/25 to PRESENT!! This type of business behavior is UNACCEPTABLE !! Direct all your oil and car needs needs to: Jiffy Lube 9254 W 159 Orland Pk. This is the BEST location with knowledgeable employees that knows how to do the job right!

  Their management needs to be retrained in customer service ,and follow with what the customer wants not have their own agenda of upselling services that the customer doesn't need.
