  Probably the slowest process I have ever been through. Reserved the vehicle a week ahead of time and checked in online. Had to wait over an hour to get the vehicle which put me behind to appointment I had to be at. Seemed to be no rhyme or reason in how they dealt with customers. Seemed as if having a reservation didn’t matter. Any other location keys are ready for members that are checked in to grab and go.

  I had a terrible experience at the Enterprise location in O’Fallon, Illinois. I arrived on time with a confirmed reservation and still ended up waiting nearly two hours for my vehicle. What made it worse is that they helped multiple people before me—some didn’t even have reservations, and others arrived after me. I was completely overlooked and ended up being the last customer in the building to get a car. The whole point of making a reservation is to avoid situations like this, but clearly that means nothing at this location. When I asked about it, I was given a vague, dismissive excuse that didn’t justify the delay at all. No accountability, no communication, and no respect for my time. This was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. If you’re thinking about renting from this location, don’t rely on your reservation meaning anything.

  Rented a convertible mustang which was really nice but to small. Brung it bck the following morning n they swapped it out with no problems. Only thing is it gets really busy at this location. Overall they are nice and about business just have to have some patience.

  Horrible experience. This company lied and said a charge would not be charged to us and then turned around and stole the money off my husband’s card. Then when he tried to call and get it resolved, they act like they couldn’t! But this is definitely not over! We paid what was our responsibility to pay and the other person’s insurance company was suppose to pay their part. But they still charged us after the associate lied to our face to say it was not our responsibility. I’m sure they do this all the time!

  I've only ever needed these rental car services when one of my vehicles was under repair. I am currently driving one of their rentals. I've read the other reviews of this location. I can somewhat relate to some of the complaints, as I had a few challenges getting into the car the insurance company said they would cover, etc. But I want to shout out Colby and Andrew who were the only staff working on Sunday. There was a line of customers out the door, and some of them were inconsiderate and rude. The phone was ringing nonstop. The place closes at 1 pm on a Sunday and at 12:30, they had at least 10 customers waiting. Both guys kept a calm and helpful attitude. They were doing the best they could with the amount of customers demanding service, and them obviously being understaffed. Colby and Andrew were working hard to make sure every customer was satisfied with their experience. I think that rental car experiences are never perfect and the whole process usually begins with customers who are already unhappy due to the situation they are in which is causing them to need a rental.
