Waited for an Hr with no cars moving that I decided to just leave. Takes too long even though they had a lot of people outside working. I got there with 4 other cars waiting and in that hr no car moved

This location is way better than the Fairview Heights on N. Illinois st. The manager in Fairview Heights was so rude and defensive ABOUT everything. I stopped coming to Valvoline because of the manager at the Fairview Heights location. Definitely recommend Ofallon. Johnny was great and very nice! 10/10
