- JKJeremy KennyOct 17, 20251.0Beware! Enterprise recorded their plate number incorrectly in their system. Our actual plate was 1 digit off from what they had listed. The incorrect # vehicle was also an Enterprise vehicle and has been racking up a huge number of tickets (speed and parking) over 300 miles away from us. Enterprise refuses to help ever though the photos of the cars don't match, and it would be physically impossible to get to the ticketed locations and back in the mileage we spent with the car. They accused us of apparently being able to open wormholes in time and space to move the car around, and even yelled at us and hung up the phone. I believe this is internal Enterprise fraud and the plate number was recorded incorrectly so that employees or friends could abuse the traffic laws without worry. They did it to us, they will do it to you too.

They keep it and put it towards the total cost of the car.I was lucky my warrenty covers the rental cost.I only was out of pocket for deposit and insurance on the rental. I had a Audi Quattro 2026.Real nice

I came in because THEY called me to come in so they could check the oil etc. Expected to need a rental for another 2.5 months. I come in - told me I didn’t really need to come in to “re write” my contract because it was done through a fleet company. They then ask for my ID and I actually had lost mine just a few days prior while traveling. At this point, I had requested a new one online and was waiting for it to come in the mail. They made me give the car back. My husband picked me up and we went to the dmv - they couldn’t print me one because they can’t have 2 in circulation. I call back and ask if I can bring in a self printed copy of what I had on my phone. THEY SAID YES AND TO COME BACK SAME DAY AND WE’D BE SQUARED AWAY. I uber there, then they turn me away again because it’s not an official copy and that I didn’t talk to anyone at this location. ?????? What other location would know that I went to the DMV and what car I was renting??? I completely understand the policy and it’s my fault I lost my license. I was doing the RIGHT thing by coming in like I was supposed to. Then to be accused of speaking to someone at another location?? Own up to the mistake instead of lying. Absolutely will never do business here again.
