- PRpeyton renken3 days ago1.0I hope corporate sees this and sends a training manager to teach Andrew and Tristan how to perform what seems like basic parts of the job. After admitting they didn’t make a call before I got dropped off to confirm the appointment. They said I was essentially out of luck because I wasn’t informed I needed a utility bill. Having plenty of time to call and inform me they said “Sorry we just didn’t get to that”. Seems pretty poorly managed if the “management” can’t perform checklist duties to insure the best customer service. Because of this I was stuck standing outside with no ride having to uber to a Hertz because they actually got me a vehicle. Won’t be using enterprise again. Side not. Cole the literal trainee was more helpful than his own bosses. Absolutely embarrassing.

The staff is friendly and professional but the staffing levels are rarely equipped to handle the very large volume of rentals this location handles.

They are very nice here and will organize. I’ve gone to them many times in the past they’ve always come through. Thanks again . If you have to rent a car, don’t mess with the rest, Just rent here, save yourself a headache, and aggravation, and just deal with The best. Till next time, thanks again.
- LEL ESFeb 4, 20261.0My friend made a reservation for a car days prior. It said it was available but when we had arrived there my friend received an suv. I feel that they gave the car away earlier. Which is unfair to the person who requested it. Everyone isn’t fond of suv’s and may not have driven one before. It was unprofessional. Deposit was $300, I feel that’s only for some people.
