- AWAdam WDec 17, 20251.0Long been a car wash subscriber to Jet Brite. They are great. However, employees at Northlake location steal your account. I go use Jet Brite at a location far from Northlake. However, the scam employees run at Northlake involves them using my account. This results in me being unable to get my own washes at preferred location. When this started happening, I looked at my usage history in the Jet Brite app, and my account is used illicitly at this location multiple times per week, usually in the evening. I have attempted to alert Jet Brite to this but they don’t seem to care their employees are stealing from them. Since I get blocked from using the account myself (due to the one wash per day limit) I will likely have to cancel my subscription. Update 12/22: I did file yet another report with Jet Brite support. They said they are waiting for a response from “the team.” Meanwhile my account has been illicitly used every day 12/19 to 12/22.
