  I bought my Jaguar F type from Patrick Auto Group but have had service from Northfield as it is much closer to my home. I can say that the staff at Northfield are exceptional, from the woman who answers the calls to the Service Department and their team of truly dedicated employees. Their continual follow up on the progress of diagnosis to trying to explain (to a layman mind you) the problem my car was experiencing (which is much more technical than I’ll ever be), is what truly shows they care. I own a small business and I know when staff love what they do, it’s not a job, it’s the reward of seeing happy customers. I believe that’s what Northfield has going on.

  We had an excellent experience purchasing our Land Rover Defender from Fields Auto Group in Northfield and we can’t say enough good things. Dennis was our salesperson, such a great man, he made the entire process so easy and stress-free. From the moment we walked in, he treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine respect.He took the time to really listen to us, and made sure every one of our needs was met. We felt like he genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for us. If you’re thinking of buying a car, please go see Dennis—he’ll take care of you like his own family!!! It’s rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to giving truly excellent customer service.And honestly—Fields should give Dennis a raise! He is exactly the kind of person every dealership needs.

  Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was patient, communicative, and listened. He did his best to help and now I’m in my new car and loving it! The entire staff was warm and always had a smile. I would 100% recommend!!

  Excellent service, very communicative and detailed and thoughtful, and their explanation of the work that was to be done. Supported by videos. And they went beyond what was required to research my car history to make the best recommendation for me. I definitely felt like I was being taken care of as if I was part of the family there…
