  I didn’t have an appointment and was accommodated on a walk-in basis. I was treated well and was taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and the service agent kept me in the loop throughout the whole appointment. Bonus lunch was welcome as I didn’t have time to stop beforehand and eat.

  The staff at Fields BMW Northfield provide an excellent customer experience. They are attentive, professional, and truly listen to their customers’ needs, consistently going above and beyond to help. Every visit has been smooth, and I always feel confident that my vehicle is being taken care of with care and attention to detail. They create a strong sense of trust that the work will be done properly and at a fair and reasonable cost. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

  I walked in to Fields BMW not knowing what to expect as I never thought I would be able to own a new BMW. I was approached By Carlos Jimenez in Sales and from the moment I met him it was smooth and he made the experience of being in such a High end dealership so relaxing and comfortable to me. Carlos was patient, knowledgable on these cars and really made me feel like I belonged. I bought a BMW X3 and Plot twist i returned a month later and purchased an X1 M35i and again the entire place made the process so pain free and made me feel really good, I know it is not normal to do what I did but again Carlos walked me through every step of the way and made this purchase very special and had me at ease. I also need to say Jori in Finance is by far thee most high energy fun and incredibly great at her job human I encountered! i have purchased over 120 new vehicles and between Carlos and Jori I give Fields BMW a 20 out of 10!! Thank you for making me feel special and welcome in your Beautiful dealership it was such a great experience.

  I experienced a rupture of my right front tire. The standard service experience would be to have the car towed to a dealership and the tire either repaired or replaced. Fields BMW Northfield actually has a service where they come to you, wherever you are, replace the tire with a temporary tire, takes the damaged tire to the dealership for repair or replacement, returns back to you, wherever you are, with the repaired or replaced tire, and removes and replaces the temporary tire with the new tire. No need for your car to be towed and no need for a rental car or transportation service, while you wait. This is definitely a 10 / 10 service.

  I purchased a new 2026 BMW ix from Fields BMW - the process was straightforward and painless. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions- we narrowed down the choices to what I was looking for and after a bit of going back and forth agreed to a price. I came back over the weekend to pick up the vehicle and everything was ready for me. Fields had a specialist work with me on all of the features and in setting up the software, the managers helped complete all the paperwork and within an hour or so I was driving out of there with my new BMW. They did not put me through a hard sell process and it was a very pleasant experience
