    I called Fields BMW regarding my leased 2025 BMW with less than 5,000 miles. Half of the ambient lighting is not working ,the front passenger side and center console are completely off, while the driver side works fine. This is clearly an electrical issue on a brand-new vehicle. I spoke with Erica, who immediately told me I would be charged $269 just to diagnose the vehicle. I explained multiple times that the car is still fully under factory warranty and has under 5k miles. She said she would check with the advisor and call me back. When she called back, she said that if the issue was caused by “human error,” the warranty would not cover it and I would still have to pay the diagnostic fee. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. How would a customer “cause” ambient lighting to fail on a brand-new BMW? This felt like an excuse to charge a diagnostic fee rather than stand behind the product. This is my fourth BMW, and I have never had an experience like this with any other BMW dealership. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this was handled. I will not be bringing my vehicle here and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. BMW ownership should not come with arguments over warranty coverage on obvious factory issues

    Jerry is amazing to work with. I have been a customer here for a couple of years after having originally bought my car from another dealership I no longer live close to. I used to still make the trip to my original dealership for service but during one service call, they came up with a list of about $6000 worth of service items they presented as mandatory. i did a little research and realized what they were saying wasn’t making a ton of sense. I went to Fields for the first time then for an 2nd opinion and talked to Jerry. He confirmed all those items were up-sells and not needed. I have been going back to him since and he has been nothing but helpful. Highly recommend Fields and specially Jerry for all your service needs. I’ve become a customer for life. Thanks Jerry!

    Highly recommended! I am totally impressed with my new car buying experience at Fields BMW Northfield. From my first contact with my client advisor Michael Moran who was knowledgeable and experienced at walking me through options and the decision to buy a new BMW. Karen Alcantara was super helpful and efficient as she handled the financing of my new BMW and Nick Walter ran through the set up of my new BMW and helped to make me feel comfortable with all the great features and technology. I appreciated that the Sales Manager Paul Laton made a special effort to thank me for the business! I felt that that I was treated fairly and professionally.

    I like this dealership. Though I have seen better days with them in the past, I am afraid it’s not like before. Recently took the car for an oil change and diagnostic. I asked the service advisor Simon for the part number that needs repair more than once and he kept evading the answer, not sure why although I paid for that answer. Went back home, the oil change service interval was not reset. Had to watch a YouTube video to reset it on my own 🤷🏻‍♂️. I am confused now whether to expect customer service or self service with mandatory pay of time and money. Did they actually change the oil and filter ?? This is just an honest feedback. I wish Fields BMW go back to their glorious days where it was an exceptional experience not just a car repair or buying.
