People are waiting, literally almost 30-40 minutes to get their rental. And I’m not sure why they encourage you to do an online pre-registration, given they will ask you for that same information when you get there. Do Enterprise systems not have a way of storing the information? But the worst point of contention are the cars. They’re either old or simply don’t have basic necessities for 2025. Who rents out cars with no CarPlay? Or USBs which don’t work? Or windows that are not automatic? Or not upgrading you when you have status? The whole process is a mess. Done.
