I called Enterprise twice and was on hold for over 8 minutes each time, only for the call to hang up on me both times. No one ever answered. This rental was arranged and paid for by BMW for a 3-hour loaner. I was only responsible for refueling. I was explicitly told gas would be charged at $2.88 per gallon. I drove 7 miles total before returning the car to BMW once my loaner was ready. Despite this, Enterprise charged me $34.29 for fuel. When I questioned it, they told BMW they would not refund the charge. This makes absolutely no sense based on the mileage and fuel rate provided. Between the unreachable customer service and the unjustified charge, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend Enterprise based on this experience.

In addition, they were courteous, professional and even chipped in some friendly banter. As good as it gets when you’re dealing with the headache of insurance and car repairs.
