When I lowered it, the employee start asking me in a passive aggressive tone - are you happy with the service, because when people leave no tip they are not happy. You are happy, right? I found such an interaction pretty strange and really prefer to start washing my car somewhere else. The guy at the entrance of the car wash was good though but as always one person can ruin everything.

It was not a big job, single driver not a messy vehicle. So disappointed there isn’t a basic option. Wash and vacuum. I use to frequent often but won’t be back.
