- CJChristel JJun 22, 20251.0I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a confirmed reservation for 8 AM and received a call saying the car would be ready by 9 AM. I asked the manager, Shane, if he was sure, and he said yes. I showed up at 9, and the branch was closed. No one answered the phone. Staff finally arrived at 9:20 AM. I had an important work meeting and had already waited over an hour. When I asked about a discount for the delay and lack of communication, the manager, who spoke to me with sarcasm, zero professionalism, and offered no apology. He then claimed they had no cars at all, after I had already waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I even saw a car in the garage that they refused to give me. This isn’t the first bad experience either. A previous time I got a car an hour late, downgraded, and the horn didn’t work—a clear safety issue. I’ve been renting from this location for over 2 years, and the service used to be great under previous management. Now it’s completely unacceptable. I had to take Ubers instead, waste my time and money, and was treated with disrespect. This location has gone downhill since Moe left. Avoid this location. They don’t value loyal customers, and clearly don’t care about doing the bare minimum.
