- RRRoger Raulston5 days ago1.0I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I mark my tires because of bad experience in past where I was charged but they didn’t rotate them. This must be a common trend because this place too, charged me but did not rotate my tires. When they called me to pick up my tires, sure enough the rear tires that I marked was still there. When I confronted the sales representative she tried some lame excuses but i didn’t buy it. She apologized and said that they would take care of it immediately. Now I’m wondering did they change my oil?
- DRDamien RoseMar 30, 20262.0At 5pm, I brought my car and asked if it would be serviced by 7pm. I was told explicitly, "Yes, it'll be ready by 7pm." The person I asked confirmed it with a coworker. "It'll be ready by 7, right?" "Yep." At 7, I arrived and they were locking the doors. I hadn't gotten a call saying it was ready. At 7:30, I asked how much longer. "It'll be soon." At 8:30, I finally got my car. Go somewhere else.

- DADan AllegrettiMar 17, 20261.0SCAM WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I originally brought my car in for a single tire and an oil change, where I ended up having all 4 tires replaced. Within 48 HOURS, I had a single tire go flat TWICE. I had it replaced after the first time, where they said it was a nail/screw. For the second time with the tire going flat, I took it to another tire shop (HUGE SHOUT OUT TO FIRESTONE), where they indicated that it was a leak from the air valve stem. This place does not do reliable work and will lie to you about the problem, just to have you come back again and again. Avoid this place at all costs.
