And also found that my motor mounts were leaking. Since they couldn’t do the oil change they didn’t charge me, and told me I had to go to a full service auto repair shop. I will go back there for future work. Highly recommended!

My business car get a lot of miles on it and yet I travel from Schaumburg to Norridge because the service matters. The customer service has always been great, everyone is friendly and personable. Agnieszka, Lou and Aries do a great job at explaining my car's needs to me. I don't ever feel like they are trying to over sell me on things I don't need. Also coming inside not only are you greeted by friendly staff the seating area is always decorated for seasons and I love the plants. The coloring area is a huge help when I have my son along. The wait time is average but the guys in back do a great job. I try to come on less busy days and the earlier the better.
- DRDanny RiveraOct 17, 20251.0Zero, I drop off my vehicle to get my front tire patched and all most 4 hrs later I show up after waiting for a phone call I never got just for them to tell me that they couldn’t patch my tire and the best I could do would be to buy a new tire… I said no of course after that they tried to convict that they would “give me a spare tire” for 25 bucks. Bro I could do that my self smh so I said no to that and finally 30min later that I get my key to my car in the same condition I left it in.
