The JT team was professional and courteous and did a routine inspection of my car as well and found a few other things. They were informative, not pushy. It was a fantastic experience.
- KKkarina kJan 11, 20265.0The service is really nice and kind. The staff are very nice. I had a flat tire and they took me in right away and helped me and added air to all my tires. They have a TV and chairs and free coffee and a bathroom. It's nice and warm inside also. Plenty of free parking while you wait. Looks like the only issue is they seem to have just one person working and 2 front office staff but it would be nice to have 1 more person working on the cars bc it can be a wait which isn’t terrible given I just walked in.
