  Quick diagnosis. I chose not to move forward because the car wasn't worth fixing, but Mid-State was quick and pleasant in diagnosing the issue and sharing options.

  We were traveling from Chicago to St.Louis when we had an issue with our car. We ran into the owner of this shop at a gas station and he said he could fix the problem. Not only did he fix it but they would not take any money for their service. We were on the road in less than 15 minutes. What wonderful people! Thank you for making the world a little friendlier!!

  Had a major repair done sometime back. A recommendation for another service was advised. I declined. Because of that the major repair had to be repeated. this time I listened. The irony is, as a service professional in another field, for 45 years, I have witnessed a LOT of times people have made the same mistake. My van is running better then it has for a long time. Thank you.
