  I can't say enough good things about the experience my wife and I had with purchasing our 2026 GV80 3.5T at Genesis of Bloomington. We had never driven a Genesis and traveled there just to test drive one. We not only loved the car but were blown away with the dealership and their entire team. Craig Glapion was patient to answer all of our questions and allow us to test drive multiple vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our needs without pressuring the sale. When we picked up the vehicle, Caitlyn Rossman did a great job walking us through all the features and technology. Craig and Caitlyn walked us through every step from A to Z, coordinating with the rest of the team to make sure every detail was covered.   Hi, This is a crazy story but had to share, I was with my family at Easter brunch at a place in Addison, Il. I was in line getting food when I started talking to this young man who was in front of me. Somehow we got on the subject of cars and I said how much I loved my Hundayi but it was 9 years old and it might be time to start looking for another one, this young man (Santino, found out his name later) told me if I had ever considered a Genesis and I said not really, so he proceeded to explain about the car and that he works for Genesis in Bloomington. I was so impressed that we will be setting up a test drive of the Genesis G80, going up to Pontiac to visit the museum in the near future, so perfect timing.   Caitlyn is the kind of person you WANT to work with when buying a car. She’s not pushy, she actually listens, and she makes the whole experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares she’s not just trying to sell you something, she’s trying to make sure you’re making the right decision for you. I’ve recommended several friends and family to work with her all of which have had a notably positive and flawless experience. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and professional. Highly recommend working with her!

  I had a phenomenal experience working with Santino at Genesis of Bloomington Normal. His customer service truly stood out from start to finish. He did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and clearly understood that I value great service over just getting the lowest price. Santino really listens and takes the time to understand where you are in the vehicle search process, which made everything feel comfortable and pressure-free. If you’re planning to visit this dealership, I highly recommend asking for him specifically, you won’t be disappointed.

  Had an excellent experience at this dealership. We were close but weren't quite able to work out a deal. However the real star of the experience was Caitlyn. I haven't had a salesperson work so hard and be so pleasant to deal with in ages. She was prompt and attentive and I never felt blown off or like I was bothering her. You would be surprised how many sales reps treat you like that. Even when I found vehicle elsewhere she was extremely polite and thoughtful. If you are in the market ask for her you will not regret it. Thank you Caitlyn for AAA experience.
