Upon arrival, the technician spotted a problem immediately. No coolant in my radiator or reservoir, missing radiator cap. Last service was with Mitsubishi in MInnesota and they performed an oil change, as well as serviced my AC. I never thought to look under the hood or question the service. From now on, I will question everything they do. Thanks Jiffy Lube Team. Without you all being open on Sunday, I would’ve continued driving my car without coolant and without the radiator cap. Your team is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
