When I drove up to the shop, a Jiffy Lube employee walked up to greet me even before I left my car. Once my car's service was completed, in an amazingly short period of time, another employee escorted me to my car, opening the driver's side door for me. I have been to various Jiffy Lube locations in the past, but have NEVER been treated this well. An absolutely amazing experience! I'll be back.

I also had a coupon he told me show the coupon to the person once I pay. When I was paying it was another guy and I mention the coupon a showed it to him. He said “his coworker told him about it in the back and he already applied it. I saw that it was over $100 when I was paying with car so I asked him again and he said it’s applied. I asked him one more time before I paid. Never got handed my receipt either. I will be back up there to get my refund or I will be reaching out to corporate offices. To try to get over a single mother with a toddler is ridiculous. I just simply needed a oil change for this cold winter smh
