The workers at Bloomington Illinois Joffy Lube were very prompt at finding a dirty air filter and yet complemenatary of the good shape of the tires despite their age. My oil was changed and new filter placed all in less than 15 minutes. The workers were reassuring about being efficient so I could still timely get to my meeting without worrying about any problems on my long trip home . I had asked a different service if they could help me and was told it would take over an hour compared to Jiffy Lubr’s prompt service. I recommend this group to anyone. Plus as a bonus they honored an online coupon discount!

They explained the purpose of those filters, what happens when they are dirty, and how it affects the vehicle. They did not have the engine air filter on hand for my 2020 Honda Civic. They said come back tomorrow (they were about to close) and they will install it. I would have paid for it the same day as oil change but the service would be next day. They gave me a discount for being a first responder. They explained the tread bar on my tires and how my tires are low but filled them up. Professional. Helpful. Knowledgeable.
