- LLL6 days ago1.0SCAM POLICY Told me they couldn’t do an alignment because of bad shocks/struts. I took it to a dealer and they said it was perfectly fine and did it. Car X clearly has a scam policy to upcharge thousands of dollars when it’s just a “recommendation”. My vehicle is over 7 years old, nothing is going to be off the manufacturer line specs. I could have been out thousands because of a policy and recommendation. They could have done it. I will not go back.
