Bekkah (Becca?) and Remy were very helpful and educational when it came to the battery of my vehicle! They answered all of my questions and showed me different parts of the battery area to make sure I fully understood what they were doing when replacing the battery.

The free battery testing is great. And when they didn't have the battery I needed, they worked with me to arrange it to arrive where I was going! Really helpful

I came here earlier to purchase a tire pressure gauge because my tire pressure light was on. I was very stressed about the whole thing because as a woman, I have no knowledge on cars. I asked these two gentlemen what I should do after buying the gauge, they patiently explained step by steps. After doing so, they even suggested that a better option would be for me to go to Discount Tires, where they pump air for free! Without the help of these men, I would’ve been lost because I have been dreading this problem for a while now. I hope they know they absolutely made my day, and this store is very lucky to have employees like them. Now I can feel better about driving in the snow.
