- MNMANOJ. P. NINAN.May 1, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at Mavis Tires when I went in for a simple tire replacement on April 18th, 2026 for 4 new tires on my BMW 535i xDrive. I noticed that they spent one full hour and had still not changed the tires, and so I asked the technicians what they were spending so much time on. The technicians said they were trying to locate and access my car's battery, which honestly made no sense since I only came in for new tires. I don't know why the battery was touched at all during a tire service. A couple of weeks later, my check engine light came on. Concerned, I took my car to a BMW dealership to diagnose the issue. After inspection, they informed me that someone had attempted to interfere with or reset the battery system, which caused an error in the vehicle’s system and triggered a false engine fault. Because of this, I ended up paying nearly $300 just for diagnostics and resolving an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I also lost time and missed a full day of work dealing with the situation. I came in for a very straightforward tire change and left with a problem that cost me hundreds of dollars and time.

- SSSalman Al SiddiqueApr 18, 20261.0I have spend $884.41 for all 4 tires with alligemnt and wheel balancing on 11 April 2026, I got a flat tire on 16th went into the store to fix this one as this is covered but now the staff says I need to pay another 166 to fix this tire as I didnt purchase R32 which I as a customer was not aware I need to purchase this policy to cover the tires, I have asked the staff I have spend like 884.41$ I would have purchased the R32, the tire is flat and staff says I have hit something I don't understand why would I hit my Cadillac premium luxury for a silly tire this place is ripping of customer I am going to take this to corporate level and will file a complaint about the over priced charges and lake of information to loyal customers. I have been with this store for couple of years now please check my record I used to have a Toyota Prius before this. Please check the attached bill
- SSsalman siddiqueApr 18, 20261.0I have spend like 885 dollars on 11 of this April 2026, I was told the tires are covered I got a flat tire on 16th of April now they tell me it's not covered because if didn't get r32 which I was not aware off l, pathetic service always trying to take money out of customer. When I have spend 885 on all 4 tire I would have spend another 71 or R32. This whole store is a scam specially the owner.
