- LWLucinda WallNov 22, 20255.0I want to thank Pierre and Christian for their exceptional service on Friday November 21 After leaving Outback the Battery Service Charging System light came on I Googled Auto Zone the one on Golf Road Pierre checked and removed the battery to charge it the next diagnostic was the Alternator was going bad he called the mechanic who worked with them Pierre and Christian notified the mechanic who came right away only took 45 minutes to install the alternator (fastest I’ve ever seen) they let me stay in the store to keep warm they were friendly helpful knowledgeable outstanding customer service this is the best Auto Zone ever. These guys needs a pay raise and a best service award so if the owners read this #1 store So again thank you guys for your service and support everyone should try this store 👍😀🚙 Lucinda
- RBRandal BrunsonNov 6, 20255.0I came in with a blown out brake light for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson and had the great fortune of running into Pierre. Pierre was very professional. He found the correct bulb for the brake light and then offered to make the very difficult bulb replacement. The Hyundai's have a very detailed light unit and Pierre was able to skillfully replace the burnt out bulb. A great thank you to Pierre and AutoZone for hiring such an able and socialable store manager.
