- KRKishan RampersadsinghNov 24, 20251.0I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz s550 I was sold the wrong spark plugs and oil filter for my vehicle spark plugs was a simple change from another store but here comes the problem the oil filters they gave me yes 2 because he didn’t know which one caused my engine to stave for oil and now my engine is tapping and shaking.this vehicle has a top mounted oil filter so it’s not like it would run out it’s just going to cause internal damage like it did. Now the store is not accepting any responsibility.the manager I tried to talk with them to come to a solution but when you are dealing with key pushers that are not mechanicaly inclined it’s quick for them to be dismissive to you.actually they are not good key pushers wouldn’t have happened if they knew what they were doing.so as of now 11/24/2025 my car is going to the mechanic and my lawyer will be in contact I will post the out come of this Car most likely will need new used engine or a rebuilt around a 4500$ bill
