  Williams was a godsend for me . I was broke down 18hs from a fleet service that was dispatch to repair the truck I was driving and could not render any service because of inadequacy.

  On November 28, 2025, they were replacing my air tank in my semi-truck. They demanded my card information before they even started the work. I declined. They lied twice about the price. At first, they told me the price was going to $1,200 including $800 in parts. Upon completion of the work, they said I had to pay $1,650. I said I wouldn’t pay this much. They called the police. With police present, I asked for the receipt for the parts purchased. They showed me the price on the phone being $600 (not $800). I ended up paying the whole $1,650. I asked for a receipt numerous times following the incident (I called them). I never got one. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest.
